Un escargot! So you were starving smile Put it on a tray of flour (with some of its friends) and let them slither around. After some time they will be cleaned out and ready for a quick dip in boiling water. Then put them on a serving plate with some crumbed blue cheese. Give the lot a flash of heat, to melt the cheese. Your dish is ready.
