Even though the tree has seen an ends, it's still able to provide for the surrounding plant life. Circle of life and all, eh?

This seems to be taken earlier in the season, Richard? Having been on a bike ride a few days ago, our stinging nettles are up to handlebar height - slashing, leg, knee, thigh and hand - ouch!!

Moss covered things are captivating - I also like how you have captured a lighter color on the stump versus the darker moss on the ground.
